A Statement by the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine
11/25/2025

Ukraine is committed to achieving a just and lasting peace. This is the main conclusion of the negotiations in Geneva.
Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine Oleh Ivashchenko was a member of the Ukrainian delegation at the negotiations.
Ukraine highly appreciates the consistent efforts of the United States of America and US President Donald Trump to end the war. Our country is grateful to its European partners for their support, which remains critically important for Ukraine.
The Ukrainian side continues to work to ensure that all elements of the Peace Plan are truly effective and aimed at ending the bloodshed and war. The Ukrainian people deserve a just peace and want it more than anyone else.
At this, our national interests, enshrined in the Constitution of Ukraine, remain unwavering. The Armed Forces must remain capable of ensuring the defense of Ukraine, protecting its sovereignty, territorial integrity, and inviolability. And the Ukrainian people alone should choose their own strategic path, including European integration and membership in the European Union.
The Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine will continue its work aimed at defending national interests and ensuring peace for our state.
