In just over two and a half months, the FISU’s confidential platform for collecting important information has received 400 submissions – from foreigners, Ukrainians abroad, and residents of temporarily occupied territories.

People reach out because they trust the process – participation is voluntary, anonymity is guaranteed, and the applicant chooses the contact method. This is exactly how it was supposed to work.

The numbers confirm: the channel is working. Of the 400 reports, 75 have already been forwarded to relevant units of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine as operationally important. 195 are currently being actively processed, 55 of which are at the stage of a direct dialogue with the applicants. 130 reports have been placed in reserve.

The conversion rate from submission to active processing is approximately 49%. For a platform that is not even three months old, this is a solid foundation for the next step. The Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine plans to scale up its operations: to expand its outreach channels, increase its operational capacity, and broaden its reach among potential sources. The work continues.
