Acting Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine Oleh Luhovskyi has reported to President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the level of russian export losses resulting from Ukrainian long-range sanctions, specifically: Port of Primorsk – down 13% in throughput, Novorossiysk – down 38%, Ust-Luga – down 43%, adding that these internal russian figures may be understated.
“We will continue the operation to reduce russia’s oil revenues and export volumes,” the Head of State pointed out.
Currently, russia’s foreign policy priority is to deprive Ukraine of access to investments and to disrupt our bilateral agreements on cooperation in security and weapons production. The rf will direct particular efforts at undermining our cooperation in the Middle East.
Besides, russian contingents in African countries have recently increased by 8,000 personnel. russia is attempting to introduce the use of drones in each country of deployment through supply, training, and local production. The expansion of such military activity could lead to the modernization and strengthening of terrorist organizations, cross-border crime, and instability in regions of the world that are critically important in terms of migration.
“It is important to counter this together – we will coordinate with our partners,” the President of Ukraine concluded.
