The International Register of Damages for Ukraine has opened new sections for submitting claims for compensation related to government expenditures incurred as a result of the rf’s aggression. From now on, claims are accepted under the following categories: B4 “Government humanitarian expenditures to support the affected population” and B5 “Demining and clearance of unexploded ordnance”.  Claims in these categories may be submitted by the State of Ukraine, including its central, regional, and local authorities and institutions.

Deputy Minister of Defense of Poland Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka has reported that her country is considering the possibility of transferring another batch of Patriot missiles to Ukraine.

The UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine (UNHRMMU) has reported that in July 2026, more civilians were killed or injured than in any other month since March 2022. “Every month this year, the number of civilian deaths and injuries rose. In July, this trend intensified sharply. The number of civilian casualties in July was the highest we have documented in a single month since March 2022,” said Head of  the UNHMMU Danielle Bell.

On the eve of Ukraine’s Independence Day, Latvian Public Media (LSM), in partnership with the charity organization Ziedot.lv, is launching the campaign “With Ukraine in Thought and Deed!” The aim of the campaign is to raise funds for the comprehensive rehabilitation of Ukrainian servicemen.

The Philippine company Highball Traders Inc. has donated 40 generators, each with a capacity of 6 kW, to ensure uninterrupted power supply to socially critical facilities in communities across Ukraine.

“wildberries” – russia’s largest marketplace, with nearly 100,000 order pickup points and annual sales of 6 trillion rubles – has currently lost at least one-third of its warehouse capacity. Sellers have had their payments blocked, causing them to accumulate debts for rent, taxes, and payments to suppliers. In this way, the marketplace is using other people’s funds to cover its own expenses.

russian farmers may face a shortage of funds for winter planting due to low grain prices and unprofitable sales. This was stated by president of the russian  grain union arkady zlochevsky. “How we will finance and carry out winter planting in the autumn  is a big question. If we don’t receive sufficient funding for winter planting, it will fail,” said zlochevsky.
