On June 28, 1996, Ukraine adopted its Constitution, which enshrined the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and independence of our state.

The Constitution has served as the foundation upon which Ukrainian statehood has stood during the most difficult periods of its history. Today, as the country counteracts russia’s full-scale aggression, the values enshrined in the Constitution – freedom, democracy, and human rights – are being defended not only legally but also literally, with weapons in hand.

Every day, Ukrainian intelligence officers – both on the front lines and in the rear – contribute to the defense of the constitutional order, work for protection of the interests of the country, identification of threats, and allies’ support in confronting the russian aggressor. This is our response to the enemy, which is attempting to destroy the very idea of Ukrainian statehood.

The Ukrainian nation has repeatedly proven its resilience in the face of the most difficult trials. Unity, courage, and faith in our own strength have helped our people overcome obstacles and move forward. Every citizen, every defender, and everyone who brings the day of victory closer is making a significant contribution to the future of a free and prosperous Ukraine. It is precisely this resilience and dedication to the ideals of freedom and democracy, enshrined in the Constitution, that are the guarantee of our victory.

We congratulate all our compatriots on Ukraine’s Constitution Day. We wish for peace, which will be achieved through the joint efforts of the military, diplomats, and intelligence officers.

Glory to Ukraine!
