The leaders of Ukraine, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom have agreed on their positions regarding the achievement of peace. The allies confirmed “their unwavering and full support for Ukraine on its path to a lasting and just peace”.

“A ‘reparations loan’ is the clearest way to support Ukraine’s defense. It is also a way to show russia that time is not on their side,” said EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas. According to her, the EU has a very clear plan to protect Ukraine — to weaken russia and support our country.

US Chargé d'Affaires in Ukraine Julie Davis has said the United States feels “great momentum” in moving toward an end to russia’s war against Ukraine. She said she and US Secretary of the Army Daniel Driscoll had “extremely constructive talks” with Ukrainian leaders about ending the war.

“In the Czech Republic, we know very well what ‘about us without us’ means. The Munich Agreement disposed of foreign territories and not only failed to prevent war, but actually paved the way for it. I have always warned against ‘Munich 2.0’ and will continue to do so,” said Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Jan Lipavský regarding potential peace talks with russia.

“The federal government generally supports all efforts that can contribute to establishing peace in Ukraine. In this sense, we fundamentally support these efforts by the United States. We welcome and share the commitment to Ukraine’s sovereignty, as well as the willingness to provide Ukraine with reliable security guarantees,” said the German government Spokesperson Stefan Cornelius.

“We have stable support (for Ukraine) from five political groups: Christian Democrats, Social Democrats, Liberals, Greens, and Conservatives. This represents 70-75 % of the seats in Parliament, if you look at the voting results. So this support will definitely not disappear,” said member of the European Parliament Michael Gahler.
