Sweden has allocated $200 million in direct budget support for Ukraine in 2026.

Ukraine and Portugal have agreed on joint production of marine drones. Portugal will also contribute EUR 50 million to the initiative to purchase US weapons for Ukraine.

Prime Minister of Portugal Luís Montenegro has announced the allocation of a tranche to Ukraine Energy Support Fund. The Portuguese Prime Minister has also praised the cooperation agreement signed with Ukraine on the production of sea drones. Separately, Luís Montenegro has said that his country is ready to consider the possible deployment of its military servicemen in Ukraine to enforce a future peace agreement and actively promote Ukraine’s prompt accession to the EU.

Ukraine and Norway are strengthening cooperation in the field of military communications.

“German-Ukrainian bilateral trade (total exports and imports) is growing rapidly, breaking one record after another. It is expected to exceed EUR 12 billion this year. And this trend has been observed for several years in a row,” said Deputy Head of the German Economic Team Robert Kirchner.

Banks in Armenia and Serbia have begun to block russian accounts and transfers due to the EU blacklist. Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Oman have tightened individual checks of transactions.
