The World Bank will provide Ukraine with $841 million in budget support backed by guarantees from the government of Canada.

Prime Minister of Lithuania Mindaugas Sinkevičius has announced that his country is ready to provide Ukraine with transformers to support its energy infrastructure during the winter, as well as locomotives, heating equipment, and food.

Canada is negotiating support for an EU loan to Ukraine.

Norway has funded a new shipment of energy equipment worth nearly EUR 76,500 for Dnipropetrovsk region.

President of the European Council António Costa has stated that the European Union seeks to strengthen its own security and increase investment in the Arctic in response to rising geopolitical tensions and challenges caused by russia’s actions.
